Read the book Careless People a tell all book about Facebook from the woman who set up their government relations division from before they went public. She was on the plane with Zuckerberg a lot and they would play board games on the long flights. Everyone would always let him win. 

I mean what the fuck is up with that. Who wants to be surrounded by people who always let you win. Mentally deformed people.
