My Mom always said if we don't want to burry a pet then you need to have a parrot or a tortoise.
Grieve, but when you feel better there are countless dogs out there just waiting to love you. I always had multiple dogs and cats. Rescues love you even more.
I will give a small pet prayer for you today. By the way great name.
Thank you everyone she was the best pup anyone could ask for, the hole is so big rite now. going to phil for this run with all my friends and family will be a great way to grieve and celebrate her life. She was a rescue and ill rescue again.

My Hound was in a 'no-kill' shelter for a week between current home and my Nephew's place, so technically a 'Rescue Dog'.
Those guys depend on volunteers and donations to maintain the Doggies until they find new homes.
When you're ready, go visit your local 'no-kill' shelters. Plenty of hounds who'd love a new Pad.
