I remember pulling into the parking lot and hearing from someone walking by, Trey was there and would be playing both sets. There was a rumor the week before, but I figured a sit-in, maybe a set like in the previous summer. Cops seemed particularly generous in letting the party pop off around the Civic Center. Phil was granted the Honorary Mayor of Glens Falls for the day and his first order was to pardon Trey of his charges from the previous years DUI/drug possession. (It was in Whitehall though)
