I'm happy to report that the $20 show alert remains largely unaffected by the fear & loathing gripping the mainstream concert-going audience.
At least for now. In short order, the insurance companies will mandate similar procedures at the minor venue level. No heavy security check coming inside, no coverage if something happens.
I have a buddy who is about to go on tour with the Foo Fighters in Europe doing a bunch of dates including festivals and I know he was a little leery even before this Rock am Ring thing. Shitty.
