Has anyone here ever bought a download from these guys? I'm thinking of buying a few Delfest shows but am wondering about sound fidelity. There are some nice Bill Koucky matrix recordings out but I prefer clean sbds.
I bought a few munckmix sbds along the way and, to my ears, they aren't near as good sounding as livedownloads.com. I'm hoping digitalsoundboard.net is different.
Thanks in advance for any input.

No idea on them Rick, but watch your e-mail, please. Next few days. Gotta run now.
It's Arts Fest weekend in Salt Lake. Only day 3 and I'm burned.
Also a head's up about the Stringdusters' new digital download of a live "Laws of Gravity" album. https://store.compassrecords.com/products/laws-of-gravity-live
FLAC, WAV, or MP3/320.
From Panda; “One of the best things about making a new album is the infusion of new material in the live show,” says Pandolfi. “As Laws Of Gravity was about to drop, we were adapting all the songs for the show, trying different arrangements and seeing which ones would lend themselves to extended improvisation, transitions, teases, etc. Unlike some previous albums, all the songs have found a meaningful place in the live repertoire, some evolving significantly from their original iterations on the album. Laws Of Gravity: Live will give everyone a chance to hear that evolution, and to enjoy the great energy that the fans brought to our album release tour.”

They do a quick matrix, board
They do a quick matrix, board plus fos mics. Some are better than others, depending on ambient conditions.
I got their Cabinet set from Crawfishfest, and Wklitz's matrix on the archive sounded better.

I bit on three. The first one, Salmon playing Neil Young's Harvest, sounded pretty good. Playing it off my iPad there was a gap between tracks. I should have bought flacs and converted them myself. Live and learn.

I was playing my iPad through the free AllCast app. Notorious for taking a few seconds before starting any track.
I have to say that so far I am liking the sound. Next up are Jeff Austin then Grateful Ball.
