weeds been pretty much legal for years, very little will change for the average smoker, except now if you have any kind of weed thats not in a sealed, and not re-sealed, container in your car its now the equivalent of a dui/open container.
now you cant have more than 1oz of weed or 8g concentrates in your home or on your person without facing possible jail time, or at least, much higher fines than before. i cant remember the last time i had less than that.
edibles cant have more than 10mg per serving. which means no more suer strong brownies or cookies. it has be be individually wrapped or breakable into portion size, like a chocolate bar acored into little squares.
we will have to wait and see, but this may impact local law enforcement's ability to let MMJ patients onto a plane with cannabis. currently with an mmj rec you can fly out of SFO, OAK, and maybe some others.
it is no longer possible to grow a business and make money without having TONS of cash upfront already.

at least its a step forward for medical research and people getting locked up for weed. but on the other hand under the new law some illegal growing and selling may actually carry increased jail time...the activites that are legal for all citizens without state lisensure are all things that did not carry any kind of jail time in CA in the first place...so for the time being this new law may actually increase the amount of people jailed for cannabis. but at least it is a step forward for those who live in states where you can still get locked up for a joint.

On the other hand, he saw how the failure of Saddam Hussein to achieve nuclear weapon capability led to his not having the deterrent to keep him and his family dynasty from being destroyed. Kim is playing a risky game, but I think that lacking some sort of Black Ops assassin team, he has craftily kept the rest of the world from taking him out. He is starving his own people to do this, though, so perhaps someone from within his country or regime will do everyone a favor, and off him.
