Fran Holbrook died peacefully on April 11th in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on March 22, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio. Fran will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Cecil “Ike” Holbrook Jr. No service will be held. The family will leave this account active for a few weeks so that friends and family can share their memories and feelings. I saw this today. A phine lady who will be missed!
