Madison Square Garden Oct. 11, 1983 maybe not the best show I have ever seen but it was smoking and has one of the if not the best moments I have in my Grateful Dead show going career .

From what I hear and I was there they were supposed to break it out in Greensboro and it was kinda teased in space but for some reason pulled the plug. At least that's what I was told and kinda makes sense as it was sound checked like 5 or 6 times I was told by those who saw the soundcheck. I am glad they saved it for The Garden. On the LIRR into The City there was no doubt in my mind that it was coming that night and when it did The Garden levitated , I was fortunate to share this moment w SpanJam/KK and two of our college buddies. It was an EPIC moment in my show going career.
