I considered going to this, mainly because the venue is close to me and I love the place. I think Club Fox is as good or better than any club/small venue in the Bay Area, and I also thought Mattson might raise the bar a bit, but ultimately I couldn't muster the energy.
The very cool old zoner Ted Silverman was there to document it though, so here's a clip, and if you like it he has much of the show on his YouTube page.
The train station is 3 blocks from the venue, very easy to access and also plenty of nearby parking.
Met quite a few old school deadheads - Ted filled me in about this nonprofit..basically putting some special guitars in the hands of worthy musicians with no strings attached ;)
