Been using their cinnamon toothpaste for yrs.

>>>>The trip they took to Amsterdam after college, and, perhaps most crucially, the spiritual rebirth experienced there by way of psychedelics.

The trip was so mind-blowing that David has since made it their life mission—and eventually the company’s—to drive efforts in the United States to legalize psychedelics, and more broadly, end the drug war. And they have succeeded, in spite of any skepticism and unease that some colleagues might have toward this trippy streak. In 2021 the company spent over $4.4 million on drug and psychedelics policy reform efforts, part of which helped pass a Colorado ballot measure last year to decriminalize certain psychedelics.

>>>Dr. Bronner’s boasts the sort of employee benefits that would make Bezos shudder, including a health-insurance policy with company-paid premiums, bonuses, free daily vegan lunches prepared by the Foamy Homies, access to therapy, and, as of 2022, coverage of ketamine-assisted mental health treatment.

^this is how the world could be if people could safely experience high doses of psychedelics.  Microdosing helps to get through the day. Megadosing heals the spirit, which heals mind, which heals body.

great article, thanks.

Finally read this. It's a lot like an article I read a few years ago; the more things change the more they stay the same... or the rounder they get. Thanks, GFish.

A buddy of mine introduced me to the peppermint castile soap back in the 70s, and while that was a whole bunch of tingly fun, I much prefer the lavender castile soap now. Not sure how I feel about being in the same fan club as Gwyneth Paltrow and Meghan Markle though.

Been using the liquid version as a surfactant in the garden at least 20+ years

you guys ever see that group bathtub/shower thing they used to tote around to the music festivals?

Used T buy the big bottles of liquid soap that you could use as shampoo, body wash or wash your clothes. I think I bought peppermint. Would bring it when I went overseas to Third World countries like India. India is polluted enough. sad
