Nice work there, 6er. You can't even get a bottle of water now at a venue (which weren't "invented" yet) for 2 bucks.

Yes, I'm slightly bitter...

I can't find the 7/13/70 GD show in DB, or any other nearby year with that date. I was living in the Boston area at the time and as far as I know, there was no Boston GD show in July 1970. It would have been my second show.

What was the venue?

There was a Boston GD show that fall, which I missed due to lack of timely info.

I love seeing the names of the head shops I used to patronize.

7/13/70 Harvard Stadium, Harvard University,
Allston, MA
(cancelled)

Canceled. Ah!

I did see the Miles show there that year. Incredible!

What I mean to say is - awfully good show!

I bet. I was only 11 years old in 1970 - so I'm pretty sure Miles was only something that my Dad played that I had not really connected with completely yet.

My love of Jazz blossomed around my 14th birthday in the summer of 1973. Coincidentally that was the summer I smoked marijuana for the first time.

Reminds me of time time fishing on the north shore

Only one stadium around back then Sullivan Stadium
