kodi use to be called the x box media center, a software project that came out of the z box community to allow for broader suppoer of media files.
this project was so successful, that it got ported to other streaming devices, including the apple tv.

Jambone if it's still in theaters might have hard time finding a stream. Unable to watch "Manchester by the sea" and "Patriot's day". Try going to Video then click on boxes next to "Exodus" called "Stream All The Sources" & "Velocity" for more movies & TV shows.

Bit torrent is different,
Bit torrent is different, long time to download a movie then watch it later. Streaming hundreds of shows/movies/music/sports directly to your tv at will is a whole other thing.

3 minutes is not a long time to me, that's the average time it takes me to download a movie. tv shows are under a minute. just depends on how fast your internet connection is
