Anyone bought through Ticketweb?

I have tickets to see Phil for two shows next weekend and haven't heard a peep from Ticketweb since I ordered nearly a month ago. I figured they held tickets and released them as the show neared, but found it odd I haven't gotten any updates. Do they typically wait the week of the show then email PDFs? I emailed customer service yesterday and didn't hear squat back.

Just getting a little concerned about these shows with Covid picking back up and thought about reselling. I'm sorta surprised Phil hasn't shit-canned them. He's about as vulnerable as it gets.

I vaguely remember something like that. Tickets are delivered closer yo the show date. It was an issue for me because I was trading tix.

Received email with Thurs tix yesterday.

We should see Fri tix today. BB FB page said each night's tix will show up one week prior to event.
