Anyone else get Phil-O-Ween Cap trucker hat?

I didn't attend, but had been looking for a new hat at the CO shows and there weren't any ... so ordered this one when I came across it.
It's a cool design, but unfortunately the adjustable fitting on the back is broken ... the last hole when used all by itself is too loose and doesn't hold. Unfortunately, I have a big head and two holes is too tight. Curious if anyone else has this hat and if the same thing is happening? I emailed the folks at the Cap/merch support, but haven't heard back.

Unless I hear back from Cap merch at 11th hour, once I figure out a way to McGyver that last "button / snap" together, the next order of business will be to purchase a new black sharpie in order to fade out that Cap logo!
