However you are not the original purchaser of these tickets since they were transferred to you. You will need to reach out to the company that you purchased them from (ie: stubhub, seetgeek) and request a refund with them.

 

My Reply:  Your company has to be kidding???  Tix were $56 each, paid $172.  AXS profit $60 and no help to refund, what a joke AXS.

Don't get me started on AXS! Have had some bad experiences with their ticket app and with refunds. 

Flame them on Twitter and tag them... you'll get quick attention from their customer service.
