I saw a big, adult, bald eagle today. It was down on the ground and it took off flying right over my car as I drove by. It was only the 3rd one I have ever seen in the wild here in northeastern OH. I love spotting them.

Was lucky to get pics of this Bald Eagle with a snake in it's talons at Gold Beach, Oregon last summer. They've made quite a comeback since DDT used by the timber industry almost wiped them out!

saw a huge mature male fly 20' above my head few months ago. Then one in my back yard like a month ago. Had to use the telephoto but it was gorgeous. .Really coming back in my area. Nice catch and good photos!
We are having bald eagle for Thanksgiving. yum.
