Tickets for two nights of Ween at the Fox Oakland in November go on sale tomorrow at 10:00am. I'd imagine they'll sell pretty fast.

It looks like they're playing a show at the Wiltern in LA the next night, and then a few on the east coast in December.

Many years ago, after many rave reviews from friends I saw them once at the Warfield. It was one of the worst shows I've ever attended (and apparently that opinion of that show was shared by the Weens themselves) so I was never a fan and skipped them ever after that.

Until 2016 when I grudgingly saw them again (free ticket and I was already seeing an early jazz show a few blocks away). I figured I'd give them a shot but would almost certainly leave early.

Then they ripped my face off. They were fucking great; grungy, heavy, ripping rock 'n roll.

If you haven't seen them I'd give 'em a shot.
