Illegal firework display stops traffic on the San Francisco Bay Bridge

I don't understand how in the post 9/11 years you can do this and not end up in jail. You would think they at least take a picture of every license plate, but I guess not.

Anyway it did look cool, but glad it wasn't a huge bomb that shut the bridge down for 10 years while they decide on what design they will choose to replace it.
