I also watched the live taping. It was a great performance but not the best live show I've seen him and his band play. I think they were pretty nervous, which is understandable, it's a big step forward. I'll be watching again this weekend for sure! Curious which songs made the cut, the taping was almost two hours of music and he's only getting 15 minutes on the final version. I hope it's not bluegrass material, I love it when his band goes out there and his pedals get a proper workout!

I thought it was nice that in addition to the shorter songs in the beginning, Billy got to do a long jammin' tune at the end to give a good representation of his shows. Not to mention the outstanding picking.
They were hamming it up! They are entertainers, after all.....I liked the show where the two Billys had their hair in buns, kind of like Mickey Mouse.....
fish, 99% of his songs are ten minutes too long for a tv spot, so yeah, that was an easy call. Plus, no pedals for his reluctant bluegrass fans.
I loved the costumes and cheeky looks at the camera. Were they supposed to mean mug? Look super serious when they're singing a song about a flower? Anyhow, the superman costumes were already taken.
