Blue Wave

Last night in yet another off cycle election since Roe has become reality -  Donna Deegan crushed her Republican opponent for the Mayor of Jacksonville FL. Republicans spent $9 million on this race and it was a 4 to 1 money advantage. The Republican turn out was huge  - plus 3 percentage points over Dems. Jacksonville has had a Republican Mayor 26 out of the last 30 years. Finally DeSantis won Jacksonville by 12 points few months ago. That is a 15 point swing. 

Also last night Colorado Springs Mayor race went to an independent over the Republican switching another city that has historically been Republican run. 

It really seems like people are finally waking up to the fact that the Republican Party has become a clown car of fascists.
