"A bit too pricey"

Come on, you need to support these and coming struggling artists.

Expect a big dose of crooner songs.  Of course I would go see him in a heartbeat if he were anywhere nearby.

Dawson Creek gets all the shows

Sometimes the out-of-the-way places (like northern Canada) can really rock, since names like Bob Dylan don't come through everyday.

My friend saw Bob in a small arena in Lethbridge, Alberta in 2012, and said the crowd totally rocked Bob all night, and he was smiling and very animated throughout a great show.

In contrast, I saw Bob in a theatre in Vancouver BC in 2005. Everyone sat and was boring, and Bob never looked at the crowd once all night.

It would be fun to take the ferry from Port Angeles and see the show in Victoria...probably not gonna happen, but it would be a fun excuse for that road trip.

And I totally get what you're saying, DaBreeze. I saw Dylan in a nice little performance hall in Jackson, MS last year - it was kind of a big deal for that crowd, on a weeknight on top of that. Whether or not the show was any better, I don't know; but it was a different scene for sure and the crowd was totally into it.

Oakdale on a Sunday - cool - I can go there night of show & try to pick up a cheapie.  Place is fairly big so doubt it'll sell out . . .
