If I was there I would have been PISSED. At his shows Sammy usually only plays one song off that legendary album and I wouldn't want it trashed with Weir warblings, and I'd bet a dollar that 99% of the audience agreed with me.
It's cool they're buddies, it's cool that Bob is always game to get up on stage, and it's cool that at 77 they're both still able to get up on a stage and draw a crowd (it's freaking amazing that Sammy can still sing the way he does and perform with so much energy at 77) but Bob should really stay in his lane.
