Bobby at The Warfield /AWESOME time

Forums:

Walking into The Warfield Friday for the first time since Mule in 2009 was like walking on hallowed ground I was ready to look for the burning bush and take off my shoes.

I like all 3 nights a lot and am really glad I was at The Warfield and not The Cap. I love The Wolfpak the new sounds and takes to these songs we love. I liked the 2nd night the best it was my sons first Dead related show and he is one or two more shows from being on the bus. The highlight for me was Weather Report Suite I had tears in my eyes that I was hiding from my son. The strings truly added so much as did the horns.

GTTS if you get a chance to see this act they will not disappoint.

Sandiegohead, may I ask, why were you hiding your tears from your son? It sounds like the WRS was a moving experience.

Nice to have such a good weekend with your son, Bobby and friends.

That guitar gets around more these days than Bobby did in the 70's.

^I know, right? I mentioned to a friend the other day that someone should be checking that rig for STD's given all of the humping it has gotten this year.

We had a great time, went on Friday and Sunday.

Big fun, Big River, Big Boss Man, Victim, many highlights, not many negatives. Got to wish the old timer happy birthday after the show, too funny.

Yet another couple of memorable nights at the old Warfield Theatre.

Sounds like happy times.
