I forgot about this.   I wonder if Cheapskate Hill is still accessible...

His face is much more interesting and exciting to me now than it was then. He was cute, but we all were.

Well, that's one more thing added to the list of things I can't unsee. Thanks, Noodler. lol

LOL, perhaps even more might help!  (and I tend to agree Judit)

I joined the group but didn't know I could watch free streams. I'll check back when I'm back from my walk. I liked the loose jazziness to what I heard in Cassidy.

Just members posting from their cameras, but with the group settings, you can't share them (enjoy when you get a chance)

Enjoyed the Wolf Bros. set and I like the ensemble they've got Together for the Greek show.

Lost the stream, but here's 'Deadicated' live from Michigan...

Hey, that's the Greek in Berkeley.

I know that place.

Damn, how I love that place.

What a lot of great views of that great venue in that opening footage.

Watching the start of this, I'm reminded of the time I was able to sit in one of the thrones there while Weir & Brent did a sound check, preparing for their duo set opening for the JGB. I was one of seven people in the bowl while Bob & Brent did a full rendition of Cassidy.

And they didn't play it during their set.

So many memories in that place.

Hopefully many more to come.

Atta' boy Bob, keep the music playing.

I thought I saw a percussionist friend who I played with for a decade in the front row, but nah, looked way too blasted...   then the encore came around, and sure as shit, was him, dam he really looked like the highest guy there (his wife was grinning).   Fun show, long live the Bobster!

One more chance to "peak at the Greek".

Found this photo at Jambase.

Looks like it was a fun, if a little cool, night.

Are they stlll using Courtney Pollack tie-dies for the backdrops?  They're okay, but it would be nice to change it up and give other artists some exposure.  I'd like to see Hugo Pineda's work given the Greek showcase.

I believe that was a digital tie-die but also seemed to pay tribute to those famous Greek back-drops from days past.

Life is good

 digital tie-die?  WTF

It wasn't digital, it was cloth. During the first song, it slowly rose from the floor, which was pretty cool actually.

Pretty good show. We had fun. About 5k people there.

And yes, it gets quite cold there at night.

Saw a couple Zoners that will remain unnamed.

I stand corrected. Sorry - it did look digital to me

Digital meaning DTG printed on a wide bolt and then joined at seams, basically like multiple tapestries sewn like patchwork.

Meaning this is not a dyed garment. A vector image is taken of a real tie dye, then exploded and printed.

All the hip kids are doing this now. Gone are the days...

So did bobstar rip that muleskinner just like Jerry Reed, or what?

Yes, what BSS made more clear.

I wouldn't go so far as Jerry Reed, but it was great to hear that with Ramblin' Jack, who was in good voice.

Speaking of tie-die artists from the past, what ever happened to Mikio?

Interesting show.  Not really a Bobby fan but my friends bought me a ticket. Had a blast. Saw lots of good folks, some of them Zoners.

First set was jazzy and the whole ensemble worked for some songs, but I thought  they were better without the horns and strings. Mostly muddled when all were on stage.   And I still have a problem with Bobby singing Jerry songs.

Ramblin; Jack Elliot was an added bonus. Overall from what I saw on YT it was good. Probably would have had a good time. But still a little mellow.

Yeah. Ramblin Jack sounded great.

Giving a second listen this late night, really enjoying it!

Is it misogynistic or just sad that I think I know who everyone is in that photo except the woman?

She looks really familiar, but I just can't place her.

Good ol' Bob always knows where the party is though.

Nancy Wilson from Heart!?

Don't feel too misogynistic about not knowing who the woman is, Lance. If you do a Google Image search on the pic, it comes back with "Man".
