Bromberg's Big Noise

Forums:

Whose in? I'll be in VIP with my wife and oldest son. Plan on sliding in a bit before Anders at 2:00.

I caught the quintet in Cohoes with Scottocs last week and it was really fantastic!  Wish I lived close enough to be in attendance tonight.  Have fun!

Sorry we missed you Neal, we had VIP but got in when Larry and Teresa were on and it was really full already. Ended up on grass center stage out by promenade :)  What a fun day and sweet lil festi, saw a lot of folks and danced in the grass with what energy I had left ( Mule...kicked our azz the nite before ).  Def will do this again next year !  Dr John doing Guilded Splinters...was a treat, along  other favs and some new intros. Hope everyone that went had fun !

the last picture is priceless!!

Great shots! We got in near the end of Larry and Teresa and stayed until about 6 songs into Bromberg. We were right next to VIP entrance but I went down in front for parts of Anders and CRB, which was highlights for me. I got offered a ticket for the night before at the Tower had too much going on getting ready for Delfest departure on Wed. We'll catch Mule Sunday night.

Did David Bromberg play "Such A Night" with Dr. John? It's been part of David's repertoire for years.

Wow, thanks for posting these. Excellent pictures. Tim is right. That last one is great

Great photo of the two of them! (And their clothes match, too)

Did David Bromberg play "Such A Night" with Dr. John? <<<

The Dr. did it in his set. I didn't hang for the whole Bromberg set, but no sit ins before I left.

I was there with my three kids and some friends.  Had a really great time....music, food and overall vibe of the fest.  All of the music was great, but Anders, CRB and  Bromberg were my favorites.  Bromberg closed the set with Kaatskill Serenade, which I hadn't seen in many years.
