First and only time I saw the MC5 was in 1968 when I was 17. Had only been to a couple of rock shows at that time.
Blew my mind when the first words from the stage were "We're here to kick out the jams, motherfuckers!"
And they did.
Not really my kind of music, but RIP Wayne.

RIP. Saw Wayne with the MC50 back in 2018 and it rocked hard. Band featured a couple guys from Soundgarden.
