Bruce Cockburn

Forums:

Great interview, including a nice Sunday morning-style Waiting For a Miracle.

AGS is awesome.  There's a great Jorma episode out there, too.

Linkie? Lov3 me some Bruce , he played at hotel du Nord in paris a few years back 20 er so.....sublime...stillwonderin where the lions are...

I have not seen him since the 92 tour with Bobby.

Looking forward to the Fur Peace show in June.smiley

Saw that dude in 94? solo in Bozeman, MT.  Amazing guitar player, singer, and songwriter.

Funny, I took my son up to Vancouver BC a few years ago to see the BNL (one of his favorite bands), and didn't know many of their songs, but they busted out a cover of Lovers in a Dangerous Time.  I guess he is somewhat of a national treasure up there.

EZwind - that was a good interview and the story of him going around with the bag of land mines is a hoot.

Thanks, yeah I got a kick outta that tale...

Growing up a cockburn and becoming famous can't be a walk in the park.

^Couldn't been any tougher than growing up Dick Butkus.

^True.

How about those brothers in The Curse of Oak Island show? Growing up with the last name Lagina was no picnic, I'd imagine.
