Looks like former CIA director and 41st President, George HW Bush, will be missing the festivities in Washington on Friday. He is laid up in the ICU and sounds like they just gave the dude a tracheotomy.
Don't agree with his politics, but he looks like a regular Abe Lincoln compared to the incoming POTUS.

On the other hand, he had his role in the Persian Gulf War, which began 26 years ago yesterday...and the effects are still felt today.
