California: If you want to rock, just go to the show.

Forums:

A heads up for those in CA. I I wasn't busy with projects, I would get on a plane (masked and vaxxed, of course) and catch all three of these shows. The only ones that pair two of my absolute favorite live acts, Jesse Malin and Low Cut Connie.

3/1 • SAN DIEGO CA - Casbah
3/2 • COSTA MESA CA - The Wayfarer
3/4 • MENLO PARK CA - Guild Theatre

Just to be clear, there won't be any exploratory jams in these shows unless your definition of exploratory means shaking/grinding/thrusting your lower regions and getting a serious boogie on. Seriously, just go to the show. You WILL thank me.

Hell, I may still fly out.

Appreciate the recommendation. The Guild Theater is supposed to open in a month, we shall see.

Little fun fact: I'm vaccinated also. But honestly, I've found myself getting annoyed when people need to qualify their statements with their vaccination status. That says more about me than it does about them, I know.

I will catch them at the Casbah. I saw the Goats Head Soup show at the Roxy in LA a couple years ago on a skifurthur recommendation.  It was a great show.

We all know I'm not always the brightest person on the planet but I don't see the show on the Guild theater calendar

Low Cut Connie gets some play on 'FUV occasionally.  I like what I've heard.  I should do some delvin'.

It's on there, March 4th. Low Cut Connie is the headliner.

Live is where it's at with LCC. Think Joe Strummer had a love child with Jerry Lee Lewis and you wouldn't be far off the mark.

Thank you teacher maybe I'll go have pizza at Magoos around the corner on my way

I'm thinking about the time my friends band Osiris open Sharad to get the Sanford theater on university
