I had a rapidly growing cataract beginning last winter. By spring I couldn't see much clearly in that eye. I had cataract surgery in late Spring and wow - almost immediately things weren't blobs and had fine texture. It was a wow. Still is. My surgeon has a foundation that sends him to Myanmar to provide free cataract surgeries; he's done many thousands of them.

I've always given money when I can to SEVA, now I'm a little torn. And making it worse is that I think food and health care need donations, too. The unfortunate thing is that my funds are so limited.
