Clear Plastic Fingerpicks

Forums:

On your fingers, they're clear.

But if you drop them, they're invisible.sad

That's a revelation!

If you accidently drop something on the floor and can’t find it, just snort up everything in the vicinity that even faintly resembles what you lost and you’re bound to run across it eventually…right?

Although invisible, if they drop in the sound hole, I imagine they still clunk around.

It is a universal maxim: if a pick is dropped it bounces in an angle that defys geometry and you may never see it again.

Until it magically materializes in the dryer several months later.

They vaporize before that hit ground. Your best bet is to use hot pink ones.

I'm pretty sure only flatpicks fall into sound holes, Mike.

In my experience, anyway.  I've used a thumbpick forever, and never dropped one in there.

There's been a bit of an adjustment period switching from nails to picks.  Imagine trying to ski with a kayak on each foot.  Plus, y'know, angles 'n shit.

I keep 2 or 3 picks (Martin Medium) in that little jeans pocket on the right. I think it was made for that, right? A Pick Pocket.
