On a serious note, how hideous are those "alternate" uniforms the Giants are going to wear?

Yeah. Pitiful. But I still hate the Friday night Orioles uniforms.
And wondering why maga red for the 4th of July hats? Should be 3 tone if anything. Maybe kinda like the old Montreal Expos hats.
All those special uniforms(except probably the friday nighters) are sold later for "charity". Tax write-off and a little profit thrown in.
And the Barry Bonds comment could be taken wrong.

I don't care for people who are completely lacking in character.
So I don't care for Barry Bonds.
I'm well on record about that around here.
How else should that be taken?
And I don't like any of the other "alternate" uniforms either - the orange tops on Friday nights and black tops on Saturday nights, but at least those are of the teams colors. The stupid things they're going to wear this weekend and all the Tuesday night games through the season have no representation of the team at all. It's one thing to be endlessly greedy and always look for more shit to sell, but it's unbelievable and sad that they can't come up with something better.
And the worst part is that I pretty much exclusively go to the night games, Tuesday night games in particular (Jerry Garcia Night is Tuesday night, August 10th - shit uni's for Jerry!). Now every night game for the rest of the season except Mondays & the rare Wednesday night game will have alternate or straight-up shit uniforms.
Sigh.
And there are those who don't understand why it matters.
We just put those people over there.
