Winterland probably very early 70s
Probably 20 yards away from the stage
They were definitely barrels of Kool-Aid literally distributed around on the floor
When the first refrain drifted into the air A good friend who also loved cosmic Charlie is much is I
put his fingers in his mouth and whistled the loudest sound I have possibly ever heard
This caused the audience around us to step back and open up a 10 foot circle because it was so loud
One of those moments and visuals I will never forget
