Utah lawmakers have voted to require every that cellphone and tablet sold in the state automatically block pornography. The proposal is the conservative state’s most recent move targeting online porn. Gov. Spencer Cox hasn't said if he'll sign the bill.

I am pretty sure that the UT
I am pretty sure that the UT population still holds the record for per capita porn search, downloads, and consumption. We'll see if Cox signs it but he does have some cover in that, apparently according to service providors, 4 other surrounding states would have to do so as well in order for them to pull that trigger. I will say, however, that it was increasingly difficult to search legit/"legal" weed sites while there too.
