Good band and a solid opener at Eugene in '94 too....but the elongated later afternoon "Scarlet>Fire" by the headlining band sure did leave one helluva smokin' crater anyway!

We'll be seeing them next weekend in Athens as part of the Cracker/CVB Camp-In @ the 40watt Club.

Thursday is the Cracker Acoustic Duo (Lowery & Hickman), and Peter Case (of the Plimsouls)

Friday: Camper Van Beethoven, Ike Reilly, and Daisy

Saturday: Cracker (full band, might include pedal steel), Eric Bachman (of Archers of Loaf), the Heap, and the Drapes (local athens teenagers doing 50's covers).

throw in an exceedingly rare solo David Lowery set as well as a solo set from Victor Krummenacher and an improv set with Jonathan Segel (w/ a drummer and bass player tba).

the Jonathan set is typically the standout show of the weekend.

We saw Krummenacher twice last year opening for Leftover Salmon.

Pretty good sets.

that was probably the Flying Circus line up.

saw them at camp-out last year, after their regular set they did a mini set of Lou Reed covers with a Space Oddity encore. also saw them twice at Camp-Out an Pappy & Harriett's Pionnertown in august. the same place McCartney played his suprise show in october.  we love Victor.

I searched the world over for a Euro trash girl. I think "Get Of This" is my favorite song. Even though I like being stoned!

Cracker on 1990's playlist for sure!

That would be "Get Off This"

Cracker ass Cracker fans.
