I've attended Michael Arnone's Crawfish Fest a number of times, and it is great!
Nestled in a beautiful valley of Northern New Jersey's farm country, in the past they have hosted Dr. John, Marcia Ball, From Good Homes, and many other great luminaries. The food is amazing N'Awlins fare like etouffe, jambalaya, and some 50,000 lbs of crawfish that they have shipped in from N'Awlins.

This one is highly recommended, folks. I'm as excited for Yarn as I am for myself! You can camp the whole weekend at this one ,as well.
