Dark Star Jubilee 2025

Forums:

I've done every Dark Star Jubilee on the schedule since 2012, and 2025 was my favorite one.

On Sunday, the set from Warren Haynes Band really shined. Terrence Higgins on drums, Kevin Scott on bass, Matt Slocum on keys, and sit in's by Rob Barraco, Jeff Mattson, and Daniel Donato:

The pro-shot videos are on Nugs.Net and I'm sure youtube stuff is showing up. See you next year

Sounds like a grate time!

nobody does a low spark quite like WFH

oh shit it happened already?

good to see you, old friend and sooooo glad it was magical for you!!

did you have the whole fam join you?

JLP, good to see you. I understand your last year has been difficult. I am deeply sorry, and I am praying for you.

One of my children graduated college, the other high school, and the other one is a junior. We celebrated their wins, then I did high tailed it to the Jubilee. They did not join me. My wife was unable to join me this year. The lovely wife attends every now and then, usually if she's performing, and I go solo otherwise

It was my third Jubilee and also my favorite.  Everything that Warren played in the various band combinations were all highlights.  Patchwork Quilt was emotional and brought back memories of Jerry.  DSO played a show that I attended, but I didn't realize it till later :-)
