I jumped on the very end of the stream.
The Standing On The Moon actually sounded pretty good. Mayer did a decent job on the Jerry fills.
Sugar Magnolia sounded way too slow and cumbersome. Can't believe they can't get the pace right on this one,
One More Saturday Night just sounded atrocious. Completely wooden and stiff, I would have been making a bee line to the parking lot.
This was the first I'd listened to this band on this tour. From what I gather, many of the other shows have been sounding better, and this off night was an exception. I suppose if I make the trip out to The Gorge next Friday, chances are I will catch a decent show? It's a nice day trip and a cool venue, so if the weather is decent and I 'm feeling okay, I'll probably go. They played a good show there in 2016.

No idea of what family connection inspired that sit-in.
Alpine 1982 Zakir Hussein & John Cipollina sat in; no microphone tantrums happened. Alas, it was the last show of Summer Tour for me. Had maybe 10-12 bucks left and some fellows were driving all the way back to NYC. Too bad I missed the Epic Iowa show, but Hey, those Red Rocks and Starlight Theatre were really OK.

As to Bobby's mic
As to Bobby's mic frustrations;
They have pads they stand on that activate the mics, work great at keeping all the instrument from "bleeding in" when they do their long jams (step off pad to jam, mic turns off).
So there was a malfunction in Bobby's mic pad. His mic cut out during the start of Watchtower, and then again during Sugar Mag...
