(apparently no encore)

I'd like to hear Shakedown street (missed it and most of Tennessee Jed).

Liked the playing in playing, didn't necessarily go anywhere, but was very tantric

John was pulling out some pretty brave licks during Sipknot!,  finally driving the jam into interesting places instead of doodling along, keep it up young man, the worlds your patchouli oil!

Thanks for the effort Druba.

Appreciate it.

It looks like they were planning on a U.S. Blues encore, but skipped it.

Thanks for posting the setlist.

I watched the sneak peaks and was not impressed with Touch but I really liked that PITB. Very nice.

PITB was well played with a nice segue into Truckin'. I dug it!

Removing Black Peter was a wise move. Especially before a dirge-like tempo speedway like they did last night

>>>>I watched the sneak peaks and was not impressed with Touch

Agreed and the shakedown intro sounded like molasses too.

I try, I try, but they just don't light my fire.  Its not to say the don't have some good moments but as a band, they have kind of plateaued and are not growing both in repertoire and musical development.  Granted this is based on listening and seeing them on video, not there in the audience and that does tend to change ones perspective. Not a hatter and for those that find it thrilling, rock on-that's what makes the world go round.

Attendance bias usually overcompensates the quality anyway regardless of what the "if you weren't there then you don't know, man" crowd will tell you

True dat, Fiscane--being there swings the pendulum.  I feel after 45 years of GD and several hundred shows, I can make a reasonably accurate "diagnosis" over YouTube.  Maybe we have a new bias these days--"Virtual Bias" -the desire to be there live, but preference for the 1080P version instead! They don't suck, have their moments, but there is much good music out there to explore.

I can't believe people actually listen to this bullshit anymore.

To each their own

It does blow my mind that people spend 1015 $20,000 or whatever it cost to go on tour with the cover band

I saw a damn good  cover band for $15 last Sunday.
