Europe

Forums:

Just got back from a visit. If you are planning on going this summer you should prepare for crowds like an east coast 80's GA Dead show.

Anyway first time visit here. The moment it all started to go wrong.

Did you visit Solsbury Hill while you were out there?

No didn't make it there mostly London, Munich and Rome with a few close by side trips to those cities.

We were supposed  to go to Europe this summer but airfare was too high.  We ended up going to Hawaii. No regrets at all about the change in plans. First time here and it's beautiful.

Post more pictures please.

This guy was playing NFA in Bath England next to the Roman Baths.

We just got back as well (Interlaken, Paris, and Zurich).  Crowds were bad but early starts allowed us to avoid most of them.  Also prepurchased most of our train tickets which isn't typically needed but was really nice for not stressing.

Had a blast - ice caves, glaciers, paragliding, boat cruises, tons of food, etc.   I'm exhuasted.  I need a vacation.

I live in France, some of you have deja visited.. I work in a cool place,  so dont do many touristy things. Thats right though crowds are back.. true have a friend who visited Paris hired a guide that had speedy access to all the cool sites and museums, coupe fil I think they call it, My wife and are are going to Frankfurt and Berlin to see Billy MF Strings, this august We'll be fine..

If you hop over the pond stop on by!

I jumped out of a helicopter once upon a time in Interlaken.

View from the hotel in Rome was great.
