A plea bargain and a guilty plea. That means the prosecution doesn't have to present it's case for Cheeto's lawyers to see. Nice. A definite disadvantage. 

I bet he's a little more worried now. When a lawyer pleads guilty, you KNOW they got the goods. And when it's YOUR lawyer, that's not a good problem to have. 

Kenneth Cheseboro's guilty plea is especially significant because it undercuts Trump's claim that he was acting on the advice of counsel all along. At least some of the advice Cheseboro provided Trump with was clearly political, not legal:

On Dec. 24, 2020, Kenneth Chesebro and other lawyers fighting to reverse President Donald J. Trump’s election defeat were debating whether to file litigation contesting Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s victory in Wisconsin, a key swing state.

Mr. Chesebro argued there was little doubt that the litigation would fail in court — he put the odds of winning at “1 percent” — as Mr. Trump continued to push his baseless claims of widespread fraud, according to emails reviewed by The New York Times.

But the “relevant analysis,” Mr. Chesebro argued, “is political.”

Went to see the Flipper set when I was a kid and was really confused that the house was painted salmon/pink because I had only ever watched the show in black and white.
