This one on the Gorge which I have never been to was great. I had no idea it has been around as long as it has. Cool story on the beginnings which was to host a winery event.

Action covers the world of sports gambling and it's legalization just as legalization was starting off. We are on track to bet $400 billion this year on sports, but the doc mostly covers the culture around people who devote their lives to sports betting. Let's just say that - if I told you all that went down - is covered in this film.
Reggae-ton - Not into the music at all. Didn't even realize that this is the music that Bad Bunny is making, but this is the story of where it came from and it's a lot like CBGB's and punk except that it mostly came from one housing project in Puerto Rico where DJ's started mixing Reggae really Dance Hall, with rap, and salsa. It was completely underground in fact it was called underground before it was called Reggae-ton. Just a cool slice of life that I had no idea about.

In Vogue. Just another great slice of life and a lense on looking at the 90's through fashion in a way that at the time I had no idea about. You get to see how things we just take for granted today got started with the huge ad budgets of the fashion industry. There is a great part about how the Gap hired LL Cool J to do a commercial and he wore a FUBU hat in the ad. FUBU is a black owned brand and LL Cook J even says "For Us By Us on the down low" in the ad which is what FUBU stands for and no one at Gap or their ad agency caught it. They fired everyone after the ad ran and they were clued in but then they realized that store visits were up 300% because people were looking for the FUBU hat and then they started running the ad again.
