One of the most incredible featured items for auction with ANALOGr is the ¼ scale replica fully functional famous "Wall Of Sound.” The Wall of Sound was an enormous sound reinforcement system designed in 1973 specifically for the Grateful Dead's live performances. The largest concert sound system built at that time was designed by Owsley "Bear" Stanley's desire for a distortion-free sound system that could also serve as its own monitoring system. Due to its size, weight and resulting expense, the full WoS was only used from March to October of 1974. ANALOGr will auction off The Wall of Sound 1/4-scale working replica with speaker system stands 14’ wide-by-10’ tall complete with scaffolding.

Other exclusive items are a pair of 1972 Hard Trucker Speakers with Original Courtenay Pollock tie-dye art; "The Cubes" made for Grateful Dead Family & Studio by Hard Trucker legacy Rudson Shurtliff; 900+ unused Backstage Passes from 1983-1995; a collection of new old stock vintage Dead shirts dating back to 1978; Rob Wasserman's stand up bass, and 40 items from his days performing with RatDog; Wally Heider recording equipment including microphones and preamps; five original paintings from Stanley Mouse from 1970’s Workingman’s Dead album back cover.

Ron Rakows photos were in storage for almost 50 years before they were discovered by photographer Jay Blakesberg and author Josh Baron.  Newly released as fine art prints, these two images will be part of the ANALOGr auction on December 2 at ANALOGr warehouse in Los Angeles.

This auction is not only a golden opportunity for collectors and fans to own a piece of music history, but it also serves as a testament to the enduring impact and timeless charm of the Grateful Dead and immerse yourself in the world of one of rock's most iconic bands.

I'm going for Jerry's LazyBoy on another auction site:

Jerry Garcia Personally Owned Leather Recliner First Purchased By Mountain Girl. Wow! If furniture could talk. This recliner might be able to and the stories it would tell. First purchased by Carolyn Elizabeth Adams Garcia, also known as Mountain Girl. She was a Merry Prankster and former wife of Jerry Garcia. Jerry spent a lot of time in this chair and broke it in as well. Measuring approx: 38" tall by 23" deep. Arm rest 34". Jerry spent may hours in this recliner. It was also an important part of his healing when he was resting and getting better during health issues.Another cool fact: Tupac Shakur, the American rapper, was a Grateful Dead fan. This was before he became famous. Trixie Garcia was friends with Tupac and brought him to the house and he hung out and sat in this very recliner.Another fun story: David DiBiase, brother of Vince DiBiase, also mentioned: "Vince and I had to throw him out when we got to the party after Mariko split because she knew we were coming to break up the party. Then Tupac rapped to us over Jerry's houses intercom as he was leaving. This is where he used to sit in Jerry's chair and say aloud something like 'Hey, Man, look at me, I'm in Jerry Garcia's chair!'"This is a piece of music and hip-hop history. Imagine having this in your home. It definitely checks all the boxes for a rare and seldom seen opportunity. Also-check out the furniture tag. This is an absolutely Amazing piece that will fit right into your home or collection.

Note: We also have the original Lamp owned by Jerry Garcia offered in this auction. COA from Heritage Auctions.

^ now I've seen this chair but never sat in it. It's real. It was next to Jerry's (hardly used) exercise bike -- which had cigarette burns on it, too.

What about Jerry's infamous 'dentist chair' he kept in the basement?

my favorite Jerry chair
