Ugh, yea. I heard this on Morning Edition today. Really flies in the face of the message conveyed on Lady Liberty. That guy (I forget his name) sure was a slick and smooth salesman on this- put an *almost* convincing spin on this backwards logic.

If the law hasn't been enforced since 1882 then doesn't that tell you anything about it? I mean, shit, in Montana it's still legal to hit an Indian with an arrow so long as you fired it from a circle of covered wagons. Curiously enough, no one really enforces that rule anymore.
