I have recordings of 3 shows
I have recordings of 3 shows with Jerry in an acoustic band on tour in 1974 that consisted of Jerry, David nocturn (sp) and Maria maldauer (sp).
David Bromberg is on bass, I think.
It's some of the best music Jerry Garcia was ever involved with.
Right after playing the 74 wall of sound shows he's picking banjo with a very hot artist at the time.

I never drank much, but when I did, usually all hell broke out.
In 1985 the NRPS was playing a run of shows at the tiny, two floored, squared lone star cafe in Greenwich village
I was drunk and hung in the balcony
The next thing I know the entire audience is outside on the street throwing punches between early / late shows.
The next thing I remember was marmaduke talking to me, who I absolutely adore
I loved marmaduke and thought the world of him RIP
He says what's up and I ultimately told him there is no weed this summer and we need to fey high not drunk.
Marmaduke agreed and called out to the audience below the balcony and David Nelson below who were waiting for him to come down and play
It took 10 minuets but they did find marmaduke and I a pin joint of some Columbian, we smoked it, the crowd cheered and that new riders of the purple sage show went on...
RIP
Marmaduke
