The Goodbye Girls (Molly Tuttle content)

Forums:

So thanks to the Zoner who brought Molly to our attention I have been exploring All Things Molly.  My favorite work of hers so far is The Goodbye Girls:

Their album is fantastic. I was actually a bit underwhelmed by her recent solo release, they underplay her guitar playing in favor of her song writing and singing and while it is very good it reminded it a bit too much of the Tony Rice of 35 years ago.  I really like the album she did with her father when she was only 13 (The Old Apple Tree), but for my tastes the Goodbye Girls employ her talents to the fullest effect.

She's a major talent.

One bump for Molly

Timmy turned us onto Molly.

Thom, Arlo Guthrie is on his way down to Delaware in few days. I can't surf to his site right now to give the exact date & venue.

But I  promise, you do not want miss this show. Saw them Saturday & Arlo is looking and sounding great.

Don't miss Arlo.

Saw that BL, he's at the Grand Opera House Sunday night.  I had other plans but it's still a possibility, thanks for the suggestion.

I did too, but years ago.

In 2009 I posted on the PZ  after seeing the The Tuttle Family Bluegrass Band  perform at the USGS Open House.

All of the local Tuttle kids are talented. Molly was only 15 years old at the time. Dad led the band.
