Weird....ive been in a funk...groundhog day-like....work, tv, read, work, tv, read, sleep.....no holiday spirit....(happy solstice)...and now im staring at screen and coming up empty on what im grateful for (right now, at this moment etc)....
So, ya, thanks....im grateful for the zone (of all things) for reminding me that im an ungrateful ass at moment, and maybe thats why im in a funk...
Huh...
Time to start a gratitude list, commit to writing in it, journal style etc, for 30 days...thats always a hell of an eye opener.
Don't mean to sound weird but be grateful. Just for the hell of it, if needed.
Just had a co-worker move to Seattle in early December for a new job. Her husband stayed here so he could be Santa at the usual spots as he's done for years. Wonderful couple.
Got a call today he died last night.
Count your blessings. And like Ender, I'm so grateful for my new job. What a difference. And yes, no one is bombing my neighborhood.
