I've made a few road tapes and if I thought to find them I'd have more suggestions. But one that came to mind right away is that 3 song combo from J Geils' "Full House" album (w/ "Pack Fair and Square"). 

Also had a tape from a Saturday afternoon show I did in 1992 with a China /Rider from Europe '72 to Blue Sky from the Allmans to Goin' To Mexico from Steve Miller to Get In The Sun from Joan Armatrading to Two Joints to City, Country, City from War. Kept me awake.
