maybe? there is room in the scene due to lack of PLF and D+C, he had a brief rise above his usual bar band level with the billy and the kids lineup, and there are tons of new, young deadco fans who do not recall the days of bands like 7 walkers, when most of his solo music was pretty simple and very boring. IDK about the "big leagues" but BK certainly is in the middle of a moment where he has the potential to put together a band playing GD songs which is taken seriously by the fans on the same level as PLF, D+C, etc etc - shows that make people want to travel/tour. IME that hasnt really been the case for most of my years listening to GD music. usually its been phil and/or bob's band as the main torch bearers that people follow seriously.
