Happy Solstice!

Was just thinking how summer solstice is not quite the same as winter solstice for me in that the latter is a major psychological pivot point that denotes the swing to days getting longer and pulling out of the winter doldrums, but the former is not quite as impactful on this front for a "downslope".  In fact, it typically marks the point in time when most of the high country is clear of snow and accessible.

Now, whether or not he knows the difference between feet and inches is not my problem.

Happy Solstice!  I'm spending a few days in CO, no better time to get here than the the summer solstice.

My brother in-law without me asking him taped the pay for view for me as he knew I was a fan and I was in the Middle East at the time. Plus I never knew it was being broadcast on cable and didn't even know it was happening. A few weeks later after 6 months in Egypt and Israel I came back to the states and saw my only GD show in 89 a few days after being back at Giants Stadium. Was wonderful and a very energized show.
